The Grand Stand View

After enduring a torrid start to their 2015 IPL campaign, the Mumbai Indians have done well to dust off the early setbacks and rally behind some great team performances, highlighted by some brilliant individual master classes, to keep themselves in with a shot of qualifying for the Playoffs and validating that they are one of the perennial contenders in the IPL. The relatively low-key nature of the personnel within the side has allowed them to equally share the spotlight and the pressure in key situations this season, that apparent camaraderie has placed the side in a grand position as they now control their own destiny with two must-win clashes against current Top 4 opposition.

The experience and class within the side should be more than enough to see them through to the Playoffs where they will feel that they belong, the performances will show the desire within the side to be amongst the competitions elite yet again; the pressure will create for great entertainment from a grandstand view and the Mumbai Indians will be hoping to be playing more than two more games in yet another riveting edition of the Indian Premier League.
