The Grand Stand View

While the dust settles from the winds of change blowing in at senior management level within the club, Ajax have steadily and successfully rebuilt a solid foundation for a competitive and thriving football club at the premiership level. Now that they have gone a long ways to plugging the talent drain that seemed to continually plague the side when they seemed to be on the brink of a good run of seasons, The Urban Warriors have managed to keep hold of many of their talented prodigies and have even played the market well to add some experience and know-how to a potential laden squad of exciting prospects, now they will need to get it right in the boot room as they have the squad to match-up against any team in the league and hold their own on paper. Some inspirational choices in personnel and playing style or structure by the gaffer and his technical team could just see Ajax have more of a say in where the title goes this season, while they are rightfully long shots for the title, one wouldn’t bet against The Urban warriors bettering or at least equalling last season’s impressive league finish.
